How long will my order take to be ready?

We do all we can to start working on your orders as soon as we receive them but to be safe we say your order will be ready for collection two full weeks from placing your order. If your order is ready earlier, we will absolutely always be in touch to arrange a sooner collection date or delivery within New South Wales. 

What if my event is within 2 weeks time?

If you're event is within 2 weeks, please contact us directly and we will be able to guide you on what we can make happen for you within that timeline.

Will I receive a proof of my item before it’s created?

Proofs will be sent for catholic candles and on any special requests if you want something a bit more bespoke i.e placement of name on the box. 

Do you ship outside of New South Wales?

At present, we only offer delivery within New South Wales. Watch this space though, because we are working on a way to extend this... 

How do I arrange collection of my item?

We will touch base with you once your order is in production to confirm a collection time and day. 

Will the colours look identical to the picture online?

We will do all we can to ensure what you receive is based on the image of the product you've chosen. However it is important to flag, colours and textures could be slightly different in person and in their natural form. 

I want something more bespoke, how do I go about this?
